PRO TRAIN REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ PRIOR TO SUBMITTING ONLINE FORM.

By submitting this registration information, I hereby understand and agree that enrolling student(s) into this police training course is made under the following terms:

All students are required to be in a "on duty status" during all of the training; students will be required to sign a liability waiver; and all students must complete all assignments to the satisfaction of the instructor.

In addition, cancellations must be received by Pro Train Inc. prior to 7 days before the class begins for a full refund. Class reservations may be cancelled up to 7 calendar days prior to the first day of class with a 100% refund, less than 7 days, but prior to the first day of class with a 50% refund, on the first day of class with a 0% refund. All “no shows” of a student will be charged full price.

If a student cancels, fails to report to training, or fails to complete the class they are responsible for 100% of the course enrollment fee. Pro Train Inc. can issue a credit for future training but the course fee will still be payable as if the student were present.
